Our famously good bacon is made in house. We take the fresh bacon slabs and infuse them with brine, smoke it naturally in our onsite smokehouses and then slice it to the perfect thickness. We use the least amount of salt and nitrates possible to maximize the natural flavours that our bacon is known for. Each package of our bacon is just under 1 lbs.
